Return & Refund Policy

At Faania Couture Studio, all outfits are made to order and customized according to each client’s requirements.

Due to the nature of customized, stitched, and made-to-order garments:

• ❌ We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds

• ❌ No cancellations once an order has been confirmed

• ❌ No refunds for color variation, embellishment placement, or minor design differences (as all designs are handcrafted)

Exceptions

Refunds or corrections will only be considered if:

• The product received is significantly different from the confirmed order

• There is a manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Clear photos/videos of the issue
